Where do you deliver?
Across Delhi NCR - Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad. For addresses outside this area, message us before ordering and we will tell you whether courier delivery is workable.
How long does delivery take?
Orders confirmed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the next working day and usually arrive the day after. Festival weeks are busier, so order two or three days ahead where you can.
What does delivery cost?
Free on orders above ₹499 within Delhi NCR. Below that, a flat delivery charge applies and we will tell you the exact amount on WhatsApp before you confirm.
How do I pay?
We share a UPI ID or payment link on WhatsApp once the order is confirmed. Cash on delivery is available in most of Delhi NCR - ask when you order.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Yes, any time before it is dispatched. Once a kit is packed and handed to the delivery partner we cannot recall it, but do tell us if something arrives wrong.
What if something is missing or damaged?
Send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the item or refund it - whichever you prefer. No arguments.
Do you take bulk or corporate orders?
Yes. For twenty kits or more we quote separately and can deliver on a fixed date. Mention the quantity and date in your first message.
