Privacy Policy
What we collect, why, and what we will never do with it.
Last updated: 26 August 2026
Short version: we collect what we need to pack and deliver your order, and nothing else. We do not sell your data.
What we collect
- When you order on WhatsApp: your name, phone number, delivery address and what you ordered. Your phone number reaches us because you messaged us — we never buy contact lists.
- When you subscribe to the newsletter: your name and email address.
- When you browse this site: nothing that identifies you. This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies.
Third parties on this site
Two external services load on these pages:
- WhatsApp (Meta). Tapping any order button opens WhatsApp, at which point Meta’s own privacy terms apply to that conversation.
- YouTube. Background music is embedded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), which does not set tracking cookies unless you play a video.
We also load fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
How we use it
To pack your order, deliver it, and answer your questions. If you subscribed, to send you around two emails a month. That is the whole list.
What we never do
- Sell, rent or share your details with anyone marketing to you
- Add you to the newsletter because you placed an order — you have to ask for it
- Message you on WhatsApp about offers unless you have said that is welcome
How long we keep it
Order records for as long as tax rules require. Newsletter details until you unsubscribe, which you can do from the link in any email.
Your choices
Message us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. No forms to fill in.
This page describes how we actually work. It is written to be read, not to be legally exhaustive — have a lawyer review it before you rely on it for compliance.
