Returns
Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Opened incense cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless it arrived damaged.
How to Start a Return
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and photographs. We arrange the pickup where the pincode is serviceable.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of the returned parcel reaching us.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled any time before dispatch at no charge.
