How to use it

  1. Decorate the jhula in the evening and keep the idol aside until midnight.

  2. At midnight, bathe the idol, apply chandan and place the tulsi.

  3. Offer panjiri and mishri, then the kapoor aarti.

The decoration set is included; the frame and idol are not. Most families use the same jhula every year.

Is the panjiri ready to eat?

It is a dry mix. Add ghee and warm it through on the day.
