How long does delivery take?
Two to three days across Delhi NCR, and three to six days elsewhere in India. You will get the courier and tracking number by WhatsApp the moment it leaves us.
Do you deliver to my pincode?
Put your pincode into the box on the cart page and it will tell you straight away, along with the delivery charge and whether cash on delivery is available there.
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes in most places. A few pincodes are prepaid only; the pincode check on the cart will say so before you order.
Can I send my pandit ji's list instead of picking items?
Yes, that is the Custom Kit. Send a photograph of the list or type it out, and we will price the whole box and send it back to you, usually the same day.
Something was missing from my kit. What now?
Message us with your order number and we will send the missing item or refund it, whichever you prefer. Every kit is photographed before it is sealed, so this is quick to sort out.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, any time before it is dispatched. After that it is easier to refuse the delivery and we will refund you once it comes back.
Are the kits complete, or do I need to buy extras?
Complete. Each kit lists everything inside it on the product page, and the whole point of buying it as a box is that nothing is missing on the morning.
How fresh is the samagri?
Kits are packed to order rather than sitting on a shelf, and anything with a shelf life is dated. Nothing is packed more than a few days before it ships.
